We are given full freedom in how we work. Everyone is treated equally and with respect. The management team genuinely likes to see its employees succeed and grow. With my 9+ years of experience, I find Unimity to be the only organization where I find only positive-minded people who are looking to give their best and don't waste time speaking ill about anybody in or out of the organization.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about this organization, but I would like to convey my thoughts to people who are looking to Join Unimity. If you are a person who is really passionate to learn new things, scaling up your career in a very short time, and looking for huge exposure, this is the right organization. If you are a person who likes to have a very basic job, is not very keen to learn new stuff, not wanting to network and widen your horizon, is comfortable with what you know, and is not willing to learn new things, this is not the right place for you as you will not be able to survive here and it will be a waste of time for you and others

This is my 5th year with Unimity and I am really happy to work with the team whom I can learn alot. Everyone at Unimity is treated equally and with respect.

I personally have not felt anything negative here.

Likes

The friendliness and motivation given by the upper management. You get lot of opportunity to learn technologies used in project.

Dislikes

The constant pressure to work on tasks given immediately and expectations to complete it in 1-2 days. There is no proper processes in place for employee benefits and time keeping of tasks assigned.

Likes

You can learn skills from seniors and Very good Team leads are there to back you at any tough situations and supportive(very few TL only do). Flexible work timing. Good appraisal(depends on your performance, Team and PM)

Dislikes

Lack of resources(minimal people assigned for project), team size is very less, not recruiting senior resource, Over time work and tight dead lines
