This company has enough exposure that ensures maximum on the job training facilities for both apprentices and qualified personell.Their aspect of KAIZEN and Total Productive Maintanance enables everyone within their vicinity to continoully improve themselves as far as Quality and Safety is concerned.Since it is Multi NAtional Company their experience helped me personally to improve my way of doing engineering practices in the most Standard way. There is optimum coodination and cooperation amongst their personell and this has brought oneness within their company.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking i didnt like the aspect of working on Night shifts for a couple of days that were not on the working programme.

Likes

Gender balance. And vitality this company doesn’t see differences in people everyone is treated equal. It offers opportunities for growth and remuneration is good. I gives room for expansion, travel, work and technology exchange. Ever since I left the company I was rehired for the second time. Their rehire policy is great.

Dislikes

This is one of the best companies I have worked for so far although I had to put in a lot of hours of work due to lack of teamwork although the company always encouraged and did team building exercises.
