1. Work life balance depends on the client, as per my client it is pretty good

...ven know who is your reporting Manager is, or even if they leave the company. 2. To reduce the PF amount paid by employer, they show the base pay as low as possible and add remaining amount as special bonus 3. There are zero benefits from the company 4. Even if client recognise your work and you do your best. You get single digit hike without any performance review. And they play with the hike number to give as less as possible in in-hand salary

1. They treat Employees like daily labour 2. They remove the Employees with out any notice period and no pay 3. CEO and Mangement does not care about employees 4. I worked for IDFC FIRST BANK project, My Project manager and Director of Business are experts in cheating the employees by not giving any pay 5. If you join this company, make sure you always hold an extra offer letter for safer side 6. I filed a case on this company in Labour office for not giving me pay, but I did not get any compensation from the company. 7. Hope the management change

...he best thing is the environment to gain new opportunities & enhance the skills. Good salary packages & supportive leaders. An ample of projects are available from various domains. About the appraisal part, I have worked for 1 year & got more than 50% hike at a very good package. They always acknowledge their resources.

Salary is fixed and bit higher than usual.. Interview are bit easier.

Dislikes

No management is trained or professional. Account managers all you have who used to leave company almost every year. They will not provide any perks of being corporate employee.
