1. They treat Employees like daily labour 2. They remove the Employees with out any notice period and no pay 3. CEO and Mangement does not care about employees 4. I worked for IDFC FIRST BANK project, My Project manager and Director of Business are experts in cheating the employees by not giving any pay 5. If you join this company, make sure you always hold an extra offer letter for safer side 6. I filed a case on this company in Labour office for not giving me pay, but I did not get any compensation from the company. 7. Hope the management change

Tech jobs and hiring process at Unify: You will get opportunity to work on Latest skills in the Tech industry. Product development projects from the scratch. Individual contributor role and you are must accountable in delivering your roles. They look for very strong programming skills candidates, Minimum 3-4 rounds are mandatory for all Dev and QA positions. They look for people who can work independently. Tough Interview process since they need best quality candidates, I have seen few times candidates from industry top companies candidates also will fail in the interview. Definately you needs to prepare well in the basic programming skills, Algorithms, Data structures and best practices if you are attending any interviews here. Good communication skills is most important as they deal with international product clients.

Don't expect any fun activities here, If you are a fun loving person at work it won't work for you. Huge Database Sometimes you end up calling to the same database again and again. Multiple positions. Most of the positions open through out the year - This is an advantage and disadvantage also. You will be not able to get new relevant profiles. Sometimes interview panel not respond as they have their own deliverables. Don't expect any fun activities here, If you are a fun loving person at work it won't work for you. Overall it was good experience with my first company, I was joined as a fresher and earned lost of experience the nature of work and culture many new things , this company is really good opportunity for the new joiners there can learn all phases. There is a facility of free food also with small pantry which are good points

...d of activities of entertainment can be contacted which leads of metal pressure. About appraisal there will deftely pay as per talent on every year of April that is good thing but should not expect much.. there is no cab facility ..
