My experience at unified infotech pvt Ltd had its challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to have worked there. A positive aspect was the chance to learn self-reliance and adaptability due to the absence of job security and skill development programs.

Dislikes

...security was a significant issue which made planning for the future challanging. Additionally the absence of a strong company culture, the limited opportunities for skill development and Salary delay sometimes were disappointing.

Higher Level management is good. Junior Developers are giving positions like Team Lead or Tech Lead. Helpful Colleague. Very Good HR

Dislikes

...nagers Company asks employees for google reviews from their personal account. Salary Structure is poor. Projects are not going to be live. 99 percent projects are in Development due to few inefficient project managers who can't even handle clients.

... The company has been significantly grow in last 3 years, so job is secure here. In case of compensation, they give really good hikes.Environment is very friendly. Management is also very friendly and they can discuss with you any kind of problems, they will standby.

Company culture has been good enough, employees behave professional with each other, and salary gets credited timely.

Dislikes

As fresher it's a terrible place to start your career, not good enough training provided during internship. You can't be sure that you will be assigned to projects, not many skill improvement opportunities were given. Job security is 0℅ , u never know when they will terminate your position.

Likes

There is nothing to like about this company. Politics, Firing people, Salary issues, Uncultured employees. Some of the employees come from slam, their mouth is impeccable. You are not supposed to join this company.

Dislikes

Everything. Nothing to like. Apart from the one HR.
