...o is not doing joining formalities with you, so that they can easily fire you...infact not giving salary of training period as well... Also not giving you offer or Appointment letter

...er after 2 months of DOJ, till that nothing u will get in written or on e-mail * I am 19 yrs experienced, still no salary of training period * Too much politics ... * Salary not released on time * No fixed working hours, u have to take zoom calls, late night as well but no late coming allowed, salary will get deleted for d same *** They will hire u , for no reason they can fire u at any point of time... ***So much confusion within the top management.... everything is messy over here...

I have been working since more than 8+ years. Have seen all types of ups and downs and closely worked with the founders in the initial days of my joining. The good thing i like about UBVL is that you get freedom to work and your voice is always heard for any new ideas or initiations which you would like to give to the core management team. Young dynamic team all cohesively working to fulfill our dreams. After work we play snooker every evening with the team and keep partying after every milestone is achieved. Saturday's is more of like brainstorming and idea exchange meets with the entire team along with some fun..... Of my overall work experience of more than 28 years, i have thoroughly enjoyed working here and would strongly recommend young energetic people to join the gang.... Cheers to may more milestones and successful journey ahead !

Working at UB Group is incredibly rewarding as a designer because of the creative freedom and collaborative environment. Every Project pushes me to innovate, and being surrounded by passionate professionals keeps me to motivated to delivery inspiring designs while growing personally and professionally.

As a designer, I believe investing in advance design tools and holding more cross-team brainstorming sessions could enhance creativity.

The only thing I liked is they gave an opportunity to work on the basis of my skills and not my experience. Even when I was from another domain I worked in sales team.

Dislikes

Average pay. No hike. No career growth opportunities. You are a saint until you bring business. Even if you are a top performer you won't get incentives as committed by the company. Awful leadership team. No training or coaching. Only sessions are organised when you are not getting business and all they tell you is how bad you are doing. No motivation and appreciation.

Likes

The work culture and exposure are great. The bosses are superb, and the incentive structure for the sales team is extraordinary. They organise Award shows in different countries where they call different Celebrities, Businessmen, Delegates and Ambassadors. I have personally learnt how to maintain good and healthy relations with people.

Dislikes

This is not a place for people who don't understand honesty and discipline.
