Job Security is good, Work Culture is excellent, Excellent management and company's rules and regulations are managable.

Dislikes

...Bangalore, but some issues with the Branch Manager - not giving us good support. every month 6th date salary will be credited and appraisal every year. Travel Policy is not so much helped us lots of restrictions.

Nothing to like after i left the organization hr not even bother to reply why they deduct the salary even afterbinserved 1 month notice period .

If you r hard working and work for growth of comapny then you are at wrong place , but if you boss favourite then you get promoted at your hometown with comfortable level. Typical corporate culture .If you did good its because leader and if not then its in your fault .

It a great company if you are hungry for knowledge with respect to the AV industry. Weekly training session are conducted, to keep the Sales team upbreast with the changing technology. However, you will hit a saturation after a period of 3-4 years, as there isn't any growth hierarchy wise after a post of Senior Manager. Culture wise good company, although dominated by senior people. Company is employee oriented

Dislikes

Pay scale cab be better. Think tank & Data mining is required.

...nment is so peace full to work lot of liberty. management support was excellent. of course internal politics is here to boost up for my business manageable salary up to 8% of appraisal year on year. i learn a lot about business and personal life also and developed my skills more and how to handle a team and business development, product knowledge.lot of training attend in canon & Riso, travel planing how to do productively and consecutive business etc..

There is no carrier growth if i implement of some business idea is liable like price support is worst sales people respect is less non affordable targets will be manageable life survivable every decision will make slowly

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
