I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Excellent team in our branch at Bangalore, but some issues with the Branch Manager - not giving us good support. every month 6th date salary will be credited and appraisal every year. Travel Policy is not so much helped us lots of restrictions.

Work Details

Almost 8 years of experience, taught me excellent soft skills, how to behave, punctual and good communication. Learnt how to talk to the customers and handle the customers.
