I liked the school coordinators.

Dislikes

The work experience was terrible. Every month PF and ESI amount is deducted from salary, but not deposited in respective accounts. In fact there is no PF account opened in my name. Too many stay backs. There is no appointment letter given.

Likes

Unicity is a good company but few employees makes it very toxic especially the boss and the manager. I like the way everybody pretends to be a family and care for each other. They provideo you lunch and time to time office parties/celebrations which helps to boost the motivation.

Dislikes

Most absurd thing is the micro managing done by managers, when they themselves doesn't know about the project but expect juniors to stay all updated. They set unrealistic deadlines for projects and doesn't care about " work- life- balance"at all.

Our school management is very friendly and cooperative. Principal mam and coordinators are very helpful and supportive. They always address our concerns and helps us to understand with a positive approach. We get an opportunity to learn all the skills and same will be delivered to our students.

There are no dislikes about my school.

Its a very excelent platform for the teachers for their professional development. We have freedom to implement new tecniques in teaching. Teachers are given th erespect from management and head of the institution. The management thinks about the welfare of the teachers and students.

Unicent is a wonderful place to work in,friendly atmosphere people around supports you lot specially admin.principal is enriched with values and ethics.and same is succeeded by teachers.overall once you get in you don't want to go out.thats for sure.😎

Only upsets here is groupism. Individual creative appreciation is less.individual efforts are shared in group.
