the work life balance is impossible.who has to work hear they need to learn politics.there is no carrier growth.the company is not ready to accept new technology.there is no respect for employees. travel facility is not there.there is no jab security. heat and dust in some area is very high.

Asking to handel multiple responsibilities and even after taking good grip on work and good result they are not doing proper appraisal. One more thing once you reaches to complete 5years service, they will start to find your mistakes and create situation to resigned.
