...is worth , taking whole responsibility of your work, work under tight deadlines. in lockdown they didn't fired employees which is very good thing and deduct some of the salary part

If you have high job package like more than 60- 70k per month then survival is bit difficult there as package is issue there as they are growing, they need quality work with less package, some time you face issue when you are new joinee as people are less adaptive towards new joinee, rest is all good there.

No techinical growth and need to work like a 18 hr

...l also not good. Need to work for 18 hr including weekend also on daily basis... No extra pay for extra hour

...without notice. Aur jo resign dey usko 60 days ka notice dene ko kehte hain. Kehte hain release krr denge salary aur krte nahi hain.

Everything in the company is so satisfactory. The management is very transparent, flexible timings, great work life balance.
