HR don't respond on general queries so do not expect any support or guidance in any scenario. 7. They can't keep the clients or the employees but higher mangement hasn't changed in over a decade cause who else would then deal with their tantrums. 8. Person with multiple escalations/complaints from colleagues gets promoted and the ones who compalined, gets to prepare timesheet of what they do during the office hours. 9. Promotions with good hike will be promised but low hike due to budget problems will be given. 10. You can be asked to help while your manager is aware that you are in hospital for a family emergency.

You can learn here and develop skills cause they are always understaffed so learning curve is good

Dislikes

They don't offer good salary or perks and when it comes to appraisal company is never doing good. They make you do on call thing over the weekends but no on call compensation. Overtime is expected but don't expect compensation for it

Firstly, the company lacks customers and struggles with customer retention, leading to an increasing churn rate. There is a lack of work due to the absence of good clients, and the product has numerous bugs. Additionally, new bugs are considered new features within the company. The management is unsupportive and drills employees daily. The work culture and environment are poor, the salaries are very low, and there is a clear bias in favor of female employees.

The best company I have ever worked with. It values every aspect of ur flexibility and also gives the same amount of luxury to u to deliver your work from anywhere. They don’t crib people to come to office. They believe in work and not from where u do ur work.. The customer success team that I have worked with is outstanding and especially the support and backing up from leadership in tough times is utmost.

Flexibility. And some teams have good people who listen to feedback and help your life easier And if you're a managers pet then life is easier

Lots of politics. Lots of people who are just plain rude and refuse to cooperate. Also women are given lesser hike than men because of people's bias. Got to know of this after leaving company Lack of boundaries they'd call you up at any hour Too little people for too much work. They're trying to do paisa wasool But you're stuck doing same thing over and over and have no room to grow in certain roles. They don't give you good raises and salaries that's reserved for engg only. Sometimes teams are blamed for things that are not even their fault in the first place. Lots of blame game too.
