I do not like anything about the company its an unregistered startup.

Dislikes

The founder do not pay the salary, and i haven’t still got my salary till date its been 2 and half month. And the founder is not capable of taking decisions and he do not know the process of designing a product.

1)Unpaid wages: I started working in dec 2023 till April 2024 ,i haven't received payment for my services. 2)constant tech team changes :Frequently tech team changes every 3 months because they are unable to pay everyone. 3)CEO(Dinesh) FAILURE : He doesn't reply to mails or texts regarding salary overdue and just replies to work that has to be done 4)Expectation of unrelated works: as a devops engineer ,I had to do work related to catalogue management. Its not like i wont do ,but they don't pay you. From UNPAID WAGES to constant turnover and inadequate communication from Management.The company is worst and doesn't even meet the most fundamental standard of fair treatment and INTEGRITY

The founder was nice to onboard and ideate.

Dislikes

Everthing went downhill after that. Over 13 Lakhs INR of salary unpaid to all employees who have worked for the past 8 months. Unclear communication - and each time you ask for salary, you are told that you need to do more work. I don't need my pay but would probably wish that no one gets scammed by Dinesh Vairamani.

Nothing to like about this company The Founder Dinesh Viranami is a scammer, you wont get paid

You wont get paid The work is stagnant I had not been paid for 5 months The company has no funding for 3 years There are no professional developers, only unpaid student interns

There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

you will not learn anything or have no scope of career growth, they will terminate without any notice, it will be unpaid, and no respect. you will not get any experience letter after doing work if you ask for it they will say they don't like your design/work. they are not sticking to their contract.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
