Nothing is good about the company.

Dislikes

...are about money. They pay pennies to employees and expect them to work overtime. The culture is like a BPO, you have to come on time otherwise salary gets deducted. You have to stay late for the work. They don't do health insurance. No PF. Everything is going on illegally.

Nothing as such but I like the way they use to lie, come up with fake policies and try to scam their newly join employees. In fact harassment of employee at workplace is at the top level.

Dislikes

Everything like no provision of epf , No offer letter, making alterations in offered salary after joining and change in policy just after joining. Moreover only 40 minutes of break allowed where as other offer 1 hour of break.

As a sales individual, i will say we rather work for incentive and i have earned handsome incentive and definitely salary. Initially I thought i will not be able to make it but my managers have shown their full faith and support and today i am not only earning. Well but i have got promotions as well.

I had worked here for 1 year, and had great experience whether it was work culture, team, HR, parties or any other thing. I was promoted two times in my 1 year, i only left because of my personal reasons. Otherwise overall experience was good, i would have not left the organization.
