No proper rules, Hr is always busy for oiling director and seniors to save her job apart from that she also find the way to blame others. Sometimes you can feel it's not a hospital it's matchmaker office, next part there is a operation manager who knows everything except his duties, he claimed he is after director but everybody dislike him, as he was unable to give respect to women, In a hospital sector doctors are main asset , he was a person who was judging a doctor's qualifications, that's totally useless, moreover there is no job security it may be after 1 month in a fine morning u will heard your job is no more without any proper reason, everymonth they fired 6-8 employees, if you want to save your job, you can save it by licking management shoes but don't expect by performance, one more thing is there different job timmings and holidays for different employees, suppose after join u have to work 10 hrs there is only 1 weekoff in a week, where has you will se someone will work for 6 hrs and he has 2 weekoff in a week, moreover after 1 month working you will not get your full salary or salary it also possible here, very bad services, even there is not proper facilities or treatment, they only know how to cut patient's party pockets...
