The company has been shut down due to no funds and the supposed founder fled the country without paying all employees with lame excuses to not pay them. But comes back with start-up status as and when the need arises. 🅾️Zero work Culture (first need to know what a work environment should be like) ❌No proper handover from exiting employee as they aren't paid enough or paid at all to do a proper handover ❌No resources given like laptop, tool subscriptions or even employee benefits as basic as Provident fund Even after proper handover is done, they would make you follow-up like we should be at their mercy to get the balance what we deserve. ⚫Most of this is unreported anywhere on review platforms as it's bombarded with forced reviews or faked and making it difficult to crack their next job. 🙏🏼Please avoid your self exploitation from this company who thrive on people's desperation for jobs especially Freshers.

...sure. The company hasn't paid 2 months salary after wrapping up their businesss. I followed up patiently for 5months with reminders and response of awaiting client payment. But realised that they only make you wait till you lose your patience and take that as an excuse to not pay. Even when asked for payment repeatedly, it gets diverted to performance which was never the case but purely mismanagement and closure of company. Eventually every middle class needs money for what they work and run their family. Till date i am waiting on 2months pay from March'19 and April'19 of approximately ₹1,00,000 plus compounded interest of ₹49,176 as of Sept'2024 All the proofs with screenshot with Dates, phone number, email ids can all be cross-checked on Google reviews but looks like they have removed it by some means. Spreading the word for caution and not money as they would continue to do so to others
