Simple rule of thumb: Get closures and get high rewards. In sales, we get much more than our confirmed salary, though it is only if closures are done, which is not bad as it is our job.

Every vertical has training program but not sales vertical for now. Looking forward to one soon.

No likes no one available for on boarding new joinee you are interviewd on some techlogy that you know but after joining you get to work on technology that you don't know and no one to guide you

When you are terminated or resigned your salary is delayed for about 2.5 month's to process

This company has grown on its own and continues to do so. 8+ years without any external investment or loan means this company has integrity and strong-will to stand and continue the same road for years to come. Everybody has a voice here and if you want to learn then this is the best place to be. Lot of experiments and control with everybody.

Dislikes

The Director is sometimes too emotional :) and bad/undeserving (x)employees try to take advantage of this, though they don't succeed but still its waste of time for the management, I suppose.

Every skilled individual is welcome. Those without skills will be asked to leave, as it is essential for running a successful and efficient business.

Organisation is sometimes targeted at by undeserving candidates, people who lack talent or the desire to learn and improve. Yet, the organisation continues to treat these individuals kindly.
