Good behaviour of HR team

Dislikes

I would not recommend working at this company. There’s no structure or clear systems in place, making it difficult to complete even the simplest tasks. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own, and there's no real onboarding or training process. Management doesn't seem to prioritize setting up proper work arrangements, so we're often scrambling just to stay organized. The lack of communication and direction makes it very stressful to work here, as there’s no consistency or support from leadership. Overall, very disappointed with the work environment and lack of consideration for employees.
