Ummeed has a very happy and closely knit work environment. The relationship between employees and employer is quite cordial. In the initial phase of lockdown Ummeed supported its employees but as the revenue income has decreased as per the present situation. There is no job security in here but discipline is properly maintained.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike in here as I loved working in here. I am only not satisfied on the fact that despite knowing that Ummeed is going through tough times I stood by them but when it was their turn to support me in my bad times they didn't support in turn they are avoiding me whenever I am showing interest to join them back to work.

Dislikes

Employer's attitude, behaviour and work ethic. The organization has an extremely unethical and terrible work culture. Deception and vanity are traits they appreciate. Hard work is not recognized. Around 12 new employees were hired in the 8 months of my association with the organization and each of them quit before I resigned. The Employer resorts to emotional blackmail and refusing to comply to set terms to retain employees.
