Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

yes, i felt very happy to work with this company.in this company job security is very good.And the work culture also be fine,the company management also fine,and finally company policies are small insurance business can save money,positive work environent and happy employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salery is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years bey which you cannot resign on the job training is not give to New joinees.
