There is nothing to like, The construction site is constantly facing issues, as work frequently comes to a halt due to strikes, wheather it's from the labourers or the subcontractors.

The salary is consistently paid partially and always delayed with full amount never being provided on time. The office staff unhelpful, and the workplace is filled with arrogant and lazy individuals.

NO JOB Security, No payment Security. Very bad Experience in my life @ Umaxe. No supportive management with staff. CEO Misguide M. D.,

There is lot of polities, Salary delayed @ six month . No career of staff,I resign Two years back, till not approved also two month salary balance. but in office no any single person who attend my call.

that was my skill to bind toghether to staff & work honestaly . No timely Salary, so staff suffering financialy. 4 to 6 month delay salary so staff suffering to much.
