there is no change for hardworking to grow, salary increment is a joke, and will unable to develop skill while working with this organisation, although after putting you 200% efferent you will be unable to get the work done due to company limitations and policy.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was good experience to work with Uma Polymers limited. I had worked here for 2 years. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, specially MD sir Mr. Shrikul ji is very polite and supportive.

Thare is no value of experience and talent. If someone does CHAMCHAGIRI for some days he/she will be future incharge however he/she do not have any experience.

I glad that I invest my two years with the company. As a fresher it's my first job and I learned alot with my seniors and subordinates even company culture environment tells you alot. Working as a HR executive, maintaining industrial relations between the employees and workers is dominating role. I love to listen grievances of employees and workers and love to solve their issues. Being HR , take care of individuals and their documents and organising events for them , to satisfy them is our main part. Working with Umax shown me different faces of HR and I learned how to maintain confidentiality and coordination between the team. Doing or organising work with less error and without delay is my passion for my job.
