Management is good their Teacher Training programs are quite good and prepare you for future perspective. Working environment is good and teammates are supportive.

...riously and always take favour of seniors and supervisors, a lot of favouritism. Salary is okay but doesn't get credit on time. There is 1 year bond and for that they hold your 1 month salary. They don't have any work ethics and can fire you without any prior notice or without any valid reason.

...re very adorable and inquisitive about knowledge, but the managment is terrible. Compensation is manageable but only for outside state candidates if you can bargain with them. In my time collegaues were freindly and helped me a lot

poor working environment with huge pressure of work, no holidays no leaves, and long working hours, sometimes you have to work even on sundays

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that provides reliable, high-quality education and has a global client base. As a result, I got a very good experience here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10 to 12 hours in a day as I have to make calls to the parents of my students or to do some other work and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
