They teach every small things..and work and with my bosses and company are all good but I am not satisfied with my salary it's 2,80,000 per annum ...that's why I am thinking to switch this job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I haven’t seen such a best managers I never heard no from my managers even it is for leaves, work from home or work related. Best part is they will listen to each and every statement we pass And they respect us

Squeezes and uses upto certain point after reaching to the high point....that market / position will be given to their near and dear people ....only recommended people can grow....

Job security is good, atleast if you consider signing bonds as security; Overall feeling of the company is okayish considering culture management which is somewhat unclear if you have been working for good companies

Dislikes

Honestly dont expect much if you are really inclined for serious career growth. The company has potential but there are hurdles one may not be able to overcome.
