Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is a very worst working environment. Politics in office. No promotion. So much of unethical work Working time is more than 14 Hours Salary & TA-DA is not coming in time. Senior is give there work to junior.

From April to June salary credited on time, through manpower Quess Corp we are working since 2year as offrole, So salary was 15k in hand per month Working hours and weekly off depends on concrete production. However for health issues holidays will be permitted and work will be done through phone follow up about production on daily basis. Job security is good till now. Management should be concerned about off role employees who are honestly working shall be done on roll.

Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.
