Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.

cold blooded politicians marketing themselves rather than company. non-working pressure will kill all holiday... All are in race... Bosses are also fighting with sub-ordinates to become first 🤣

But UltraTech will provide focussed responsibility to get an output in friendly work environment. Finally, we can find work satisfaction here. Thatswhy, more competion for this jobs.

...g at Balaji Cement Works. it is one of the plant of Ultratech cements limited. In this plant no work balance, no proper timings, no work satisfaction, no benefits, low salary and no recognition for your hard work. You have to work continuously like a machine and no one bother about you if you work continuously for more than enough time. There is no proper food and accommodation.

Nothing to like in this plant. I heard that except this unit remaining all ultratech units are good
