I am working with full safety and take precautions where ever needed to protect me and my work...I work with my team and complete every task on time. Every month , training facilities are also provided by the company to make us efficient in our service. Medical checkups are organised every year to maintain employee's good health. Work environment is also very supportive. Company has provided flats and full facilities to its employees and also provide school, hospital ,temple and shopping complex in the society area.

Dislikes

...de any innovative work ,also it does not give any chance for me to grow further. Salary is also not increasing on the basis of work done. Children if employees of this company does not get any study facility by the industry group.

...gement is transparet. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.c company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bound ever year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working in ultra tech cement was fantastic like work place,atmosphere,working staff was excellent,and helpful regarding and query against work and fooding facilities were also good company colony was very good and clean etc.

The thing that was dislike 8n ultra tech cement was only salary at that time provided by the government to us on training time that,s all.
