Compensation and appraisal policy. You have to pay the employee for the work .If an employee joins earlier in low package doesn't mean you can't give the same package as other colleagues of less experience are earning.Lot of politics.

Huge problem with working hour for project employees. There is no work life balance. Usually you have to stay upto 10 PM on daily basis. You will just go to office and come back to home for sleep only.
