Apart from this the appraisal is very less If want to get promoted just by Hard work It's nearly impossible it will take 5 years just to get promoted if you are lucky enough only then The culture of the company is worst of Kind Lots and lots of Non Value added work is there which will at the end Eat away your Technical knowledge of the subject. There is no respect of an individual, No humanity at all Company Shows that it has rich culture of Health and safety But in reality it's just elephant tooth khaane k kuch aur dikhane k kuch aur.
