worst culture I have ever seen in building material segment. except salary nothing is happening good in the company. Hrs are also Terrible. Building material segment became telecom sector.

Salary is ok, people are here for years and job security is ultimate.

Work life balance is not there. Even when you are on holiday people ask you why are you not carrying your system. Ask for a project be rest assured you will not get.

Good work & life balance. Teammates are supportive and help you work seamlessly. They also have non monetary benefits such medical insurance for family and term insurance for employee.

... people. Such thing never helps a deserving person grow within the organization. Compensation benefits are not at par to the industry standard.
