Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The work is good but the salary is very low. From this monthly salary is 14200 after deducting PF etc. 12000 comes to hand. From this 3000 car installment 3000 petrol mobile recharge 1500 mine, wife and father's mobile installment 2000 and 2500 monthly home market remains 0 Rs.

I was working as a safety steward, through out sourse pay roll... Alway we all faceing that we were not eligible to participate or joined Company internal program or others socal activities, which was conducting by company. Always define the difference between Pay roll employees and Off roll employees..... But i am mentioned my experience only my past unit, where I was working.... I don't know the same behavior follow on all unit or not.
