Work life balance lack then no pay for second and third shift doing employees. But it is mandatory to work in shifts without extra payout

After retirement benifits are very less, some hr policies are not transparent, salary structure not same for all employees, HR department employees are also not employees oriented.

Lot of politics, Huge gap of salary between lower and upper job bands, Many designations in same job bands to make employee fool, You can grow in this company easily if you are from Rajasthan or Gujarat and if you are Baniya then its like "icing on the cake". HR is the puppet of ZH's. The people sitting on the top are giving good rating to their relatives. They are charging huge premium in the name of Medical insurance. No promotion policy, if you want promotion and you are not the part of above category then you will die in same JB.

I was with Ultratech knowledge centre, only good thing was the brand name also the hybrid model on 1 day office work.

Dislikes

No training, Huge difference between salary of people working in plant and in the shared services. Targets are moderate but the invoices are not properly shared some , also if you not achieved the target monthly basis they deduct the payment on monthly basis. No incentives
