Lot of politics, Huge gap of salary between lower and upper job bands, Many designations in same job bands to make employee fool, You can grow in this company easily if you are from Rajasthan or Gujarat and if you are Baniya then its like "icing on the cake". HR is the puppet of ZH's. The people sitting on the top are giving good rating to their relatives. They are charging huge premium in the name of Medical insurance. No promotion policy, if you want promotion and you are not the part of above category then you will die in same JB.

Full on Senior's licking survival politics by managers. If you get offroll job offer under manager like RCH Vikash Bihani,PH Atiqur Saikia ,then they will harras you,give job termination threats. Very mental harrassing environment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good and appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And always focus on saftey standards.
