...ance 9. Site engineers are made to work 24-30 hrs non stop without reliever 10. Partiality in salary structure. Freshers get paid well and Experience person gets salary less than freshers package.

1.No other benefit for stewards 2.Canteen charges are high. 3.No accomodation. 4.There is no PC provided for safety stewards for routine activity. 5. No job training provided

There is a lot to learn and I have been working in this company since 2019. I have learned a lot here about safety and work.

Dislikes

The work is good but the salary is very low. From this monthly salary is 14200 after deducting PF etc. 12000 comes to hand. From this 3000 car installment 3000 petrol mobile recharge 1500 mine, wife and father's mobile installment 2000 and 2500 monthly home market remains 0 Rs.

It is very good in terms of security and safety. There is no hurry in work, work is done only when complete tools are available and all are tested

Dislikes

If we talk about salary, this is a very useless company where a high skilled worker who works 8 hours is paid Rs. 10k per month which is increased by Rs. 1-2 per day on annual basis.

...fice staff, HR are very cooperative and helpful. Best place for cement industry. Salary timely, increment timely, appraisal timely. Overall is very good company in my career.. Again if I have opportunity I am willing to join.. Thanks ultratech
