No work life balance at all you will be made to work day and night and without any allowance Very pressure on delivery process People are always one sided thinking which makes it difficult to run the show. You have to always butter your managers or else you will face all the hurdles from them. You should be good at politics or good at the application to talk to others qc leads and manager or else very difficult to survive. people are not treated fairly the TLs and managers has all rights to shout at you. You have to compensate working for the earned leave you have taken

Once working there will come to know what is work pressure. New manager is very cool, brought many changes to the organization when compared to old manager. Now employees are getting breathing time.

Dislikes

Nothing, but 80% employees left the organization due to rude attitude of few employees.
