No holidays except mandatory like labour day, independence day, etc. Public washrooms for staff. No canteen or pantry, eat you tiffin on your small desk. No space to keep your bags. No proper designations and job profile to employees. No health insurance and pf. No picnic and parties. No staff training. No work from home.

Likes

Joining Ultra is a big No for youngsters who wish to excel in their career. They'll hire you at the minimum cost and there's no such thing as increment here. There's zero scope of growth here, and I'll give -1 for hygiene. No maternity leaves, they don't provide any employment facilities. The worst scenario is washroom, there's no proper facility, you'll have to use the public washroom. Please think 10 times before joining Ultra.

...ift to hybrid mode for some departments yet they are stuck in old method of WFO. Also qualifications don't matter for them all they don't pay good salary to qualified employees. Workspace is very bad worst than govt offices.

Good Work culture, peaceful and traditional Environment. I have myself completed 16 years in this company. More than half of the employees here have completed 10 plus years in the company because of the supportive company culture.

To be very honest the only thing good about this company is that it is very popular...

Many people do not know the truth about this company, there is dictatorship, no growth, bad culture, gender bias, worse than train station toilets ( even for ladies), no respect, zero growth. No freedom. You actually have to inform if you go to washroom or else you are questioned why were you missing for those 5-10 minutes. AND PLEASE DON'T EXPECT ANY FACILITY FROM THEM. EVEN A FREE PEN....
