...me, they don't believe in the concept of promotion when it comes to designation. Your salary and profile may increase but not the designation. Skill development - What is that? Employee benefits - What is that? These are alien concepts for them.

No work pressure and on time salary :)

Dislikes

No holidays except mandatory like labour day, independence day, etc. Public washrooms for staff. No canteen or pantry, eat you tiffin on your small desk. No space to keep your bags. No proper designations and job profile to employees. No health insurance and pf. No picnic and parties. No staff training. No work from home.

Nothing . Lala company. Job profile is not design properly. HR is making copy paste job profile and sending on LinkedIn.

Traditional baniya company . Favorite people will get hike, 12 th pass people is on higher position. HR is useless just sending hiring on LinkedIn and other social network . Annual leave you will get 15, no benefits. It’s traditional marwadi company. If you want career growth don’t join this company you will simply waste of time your resume will spoil simply .

Joining Ultra is a big No for youngsters who wish to excel in their career. They'll hire you at the minimum cost and there's no such thing as increment here. There's zero scope of growth here, and I'll give -1 for hygiene. No maternity leaves, they don't provide any employment facilities. The worst scenario is washroom, there's no proper facility, you'll have to use the public washroom. Please think 10 times before joining Ultra.

They can shift to hybrid mode for some departments yet they are stuck in old method of WFO. Also qualifications don't matter for them all they don't pay good salary to qualified employees. Workspace is very bad worst than govt offices.
