There's nothing to like there except infrastructure. You will regret your decision everyday while working there.

Dislikes

Everything.. There's no growth, no learning, poor salary, terrible work culture, so much politics, no appraisal and horrible bosses, no cab facility and no salary during lockdown. They have strict orders no one can learn anything new.

Management is very bad specially relieving policy is very poor,when anyone want to leave the company during probation period he have to pay one month salary for getting relieving letter and for permanent employee should tell before 3months prior....very bad policy from company side

There is nothing to like. One employee rules over the others. Ten employees, ten rules. If she likes you, you will get benefits and if not then be prepared for daily hassle

They don't provide an offer letter to approx 70-80% of employees. They don't provide an appointment letter to anyone, if one continues to ask the same then they will provide after 3-12 months later with a late appointment day of 3-6 months. No HR work ethics policy, Director itself slapped the Employee in front of a lot of people. No Transport Facility No lunch facility during COVID Crises as well. Even COVID +ve person is allowed in the plant because the count was found less. No social distancing norm within the plant among employees. HR itself holds the hand of a young girl during lunchtime (though in a friendly manner) but as er me its against work ethics norm. Employees aged more than 60-65+ also working in Plant. The majority of people leave the job within 6-12 months. Do not expect appraisals. Rare career growth within the company. Hire and Fire as per their interest on a regular basis If you file a resignation, the next day you won't be allowed to enter the premise, even to collect your things (someone will be asked to provide you on-road)

Dislikes

Everything..Starting from your seniors to the kind of behavior and their policies. They don't have basic manners how to behave with colleagues. HR is so unprofessional , he never knows anything...They do not treat well once you have left the company. Will not give you your documnets. Not recommended for anyone!! Politics is also playing its role in this..Too much of everything..
