There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salery is not decent and carrer growth very poor on the job training 8s not given to new joiners.

No planning. Not have fixed Salary Date. Employees have to beg for salary.Management not give salary and many potential employees in senior level also left the job because of this. Its their habit on regular basis. Even I have nor received Two Months Salary. No work culture. Boozing in office without any reason. No discipline.

Its friendly atmosphere and supportive. Its challenging to prove in appraisal as all members are muster in respective field.Excellent opportunity in growth proving credibility.No politics are entertained.

There is no office culture .. Actually they take such projects where you never feel like that you are doing any job ..

They took caution money which they had to refund after termination of the contract.But at the time of refund they were unable to refund it.Such poor people poor company.
