This company has nothing to offer no good salary, no good policies, no good working environment nothing , if you come up with new ideas or if you will ask for a change in the process director will say kindly do not give your suggestions do whatever we are saying you to do , they want 100 employees but do not want to invest single rupee in the package , everything they want is free , people who join leave within a month or maximum 6 month nobody is old except accounts team and business head For CEO and director business are god they blindly follow and so much politics omg Cant stay longer Director will call you and say you are not working as per our expectations so will see or else will change your department Any time they ask employees to leave without any notice period No policies , no policies, no policies After you leave the company you will not be provided with the documents Director will tell you on your face the desk on which you are siting , electricity you are using , laptop you are using how shall i recover the expenses if your performance is not as per our expectations So you will have to listen hell lot of thing apart from work And for work they just give ultimatum hire and fire policy Join if you can bear all this

Would like to mention this is worse company , This is family business and good for those ones who are relatives of the director not for someone who wants to excel in their career.

...self. This is family business and it is good for only relatives of the director. Also they provide 30% less salary than it is been provided in the market. plus it is 10 to 7 strictly 6 days working no casual leaves, no sick leaves in a year you'll get only 15-20 holidays.

Worst company ever worked.....they don't understand any employee condition no work security any time can be thrown.....Hr ( Mr Mariano) told they prefer lady without kids so where they will go for working....if this will be the policy of the company how women will work in such companies.....they preferred single women

...their sites and few on ambition box are forcefully mentioned by their employees. One of the worse thing about this company is that they hardly give experience letter to their employees or else they'll force you to work without salary for 1 month. And about their work life it's better if I don't recall those horrible experiences have seen business head of other department shouting on their executives and the language he was using was so bad he was literally making them ready for suicidal thoughts. Most pathetic company to work. They don't even give you salary slips neither they have PF system for welfare of the employees. In total worse exit experience and worse experience while doing job is the thing I have experienced .

No job security, very political work culture unprofessionalism, management is poor, company policy is only you have to be a beautiful and attractive
