...their sites and few on ambition box are forcefully mentioned by their employees. One of the worse thing about this company is that they hardly give experience letter to their employees or else they'll force you to work without salary for 1 month. And about their work life it's better if I don't recall those horrible experiences have seen business head of other department shouting on their executives and the language he was using was so bad he was literally making them ready for suicidal thoughts. Most pathetic company to work. They don't even give you salary slips neither they have PF system for welfare of the employees. In total worse exit experience and worse experience while doing job is the thing I have experienced .

1)They had everything to dislikes Hr will not tell you what policies they have the director literally harass female colleagues.. we have 12-15 females working daily 2-3 cries bcz of harrasment by director. 2)If you have emergency in your family and asked for leave next day you'll get a suprise that you kept on hold and without any prior notice or sallary 3) Zero respect no appreciation no growth only frustration bad words will be listen by your ears 4) No work life balance everyday we leave by 1hr late no overtime this makes very hectic to work 4) every one is leaving the company bcz of the mis management and unethical work culture

No job security, highly unprofessional management practices , new employee are not provided with proper guidance or support, making it difficult to contribute effectively. Shockingly , individuals have been kept on hold without any explanation or prior feedback

I recently had the pleasure of working as a BD & Data analytics for Ultima chemicals, and i can confidently say that is was one of the best work experiences l've had. The team at Ultima is highly professional, talented and enthusiastic about their work. Throughout the entire process, they provide clear instructions, ample feedback, and support, making it essay to me to produce high-quality work and thought many things. Furthermore, they make me feel valued as a team member. I appreciated the open communication and Transparency regarding work and goals. Overall, working as a BD for Ultima was a fantastic experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone who values professionalism and excellence.
