1) No good hike on salary from a previous one, as compare to its competitors.
2) No friendly behaviour and no cooperation attitude to new comers.
3) So many meetings in a day, so work has to be done at home.
4) The company might be nice but the social compliance department - Deepa Dulani, the lady one who has done B.Tech (Textile) and HR personnel- Parshva Tripathi was a nuisance.
They think they are perfect.
The day who had done B.Tech in textile in social Compliance department is herself always late comer and teaches other professionalism and etiquettes.

I get to train and learn plenty of topics which are relevant for my knowledge base and future career progression.

...er which happens in every other companies.
5) Promotions are very much delayed. A person with 3 years of experience and a fresher work at the same designation (though the pay-scale may be different) which is not good for an employee's mental satisfaction. Also, most importantly, I don't understand why the designations are same for fresher's who join UL with a Bachelor's degree and the one's joining UL with a Master's degree in India. Obtaining Master's/Ph.d requires a lot of hard work and consistency, and this should be rewarded so to say in terms of their pay and designation at the time of joining.

Not so mush except hybrid work culture and skill development (can ask your queries and clear concepts to experience/expert person in there on product line since all are certification experts)
I Enjoyed the people I worked with .It was Friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great too. Overall UL INDIA is too good for future prospect. Good Luck ....
