i really liked the company's culture. everybody is extremely supportive, kind and helping. from colleagues to managers, everyone is highly skilled and friendly. i am learning new things everyday, and having the best time as a fresher.

The culture of uKnowva as an organisation is fab. I loved working here. I got to many people from different walks of live. Remote workers are also awesome here. I am still in touch with them all. I get regular updates on their life and achievements event after leaving the job. The co-founders at uKnowva are amazing and very amicable.

Dislikes

There were not many issues at uKnowva as a company as such while I was there. I loved jelling up with the people there. However, this company is definitely for self-driven people. The culture is that here. So, average people would not be benefitting the company here.

Likes

The level of transparency and trust between team leaders and the management. It's easier to connect with the co-founders there even if you are at the executive level. The entire team feels like home and extended family. There is a lot of scope at uKnowva to grow and learn.

Dislikes

We can try bridging the communication gap between remote and in-office teams.

Culture is very friendly. Growth trajectory and most importantly the work that the company does is very interesting

Work life balance is still not great. May be because we are in a great growth trajectory
