As long as the office was based only in the UK the work culture and ethics were something to write home about. The team bonding and rapport was strong and there was transparency in operations. I was given a lot of autonomy.

Dislikes

Once a full fledged team was built in India, I was appalled by the lack of transparency, politics and concern for welfare of employees. I was informed in a monthly meeting that my role had been made redundant. No concern for my rights was taken into consideration. No compensation given in lieu while handing over the pink slip, not even a farewell. Sad, sad, sad !
