Ujjivan is very good bank. All staffs are supportive. Job security is fine.

...k are working slow. Take hiring of teller's. In every branch should two tellers. Give good tablets to CRO and increase CRO's salary. Start PL product with good policy. I wish to ujjivan all the best and achieve sucess.

... doesn’t address our issues. On the job training is good given to new joinees. Salary issue as per same date. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Great bonding, support in CRO team, not seen blame game, politics. Very supportive to each other and always ready to train new members. Also like, giving proper time to learn, understand the process.

Many services employment to lead promotion but some new join employer to salary was good but lod employees salary was poor... Only known manager level not ground level

Salary on 25th. Employment engagement is very good.

Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.
