Full partiality going on outbound team and also IJP who are in local that time manager will help you to get a IJP and if you are out side than they did not give good rating if not get good rating than you did not get any increment if what ever do hard work also so if you think to join corp Office PBO dont join outbound

As this company is flourishing slowly there is a chance for each employee to learn and grow. So I feel good to be working with this company. Company tries each employee to have work life balance. Employee benefits like pf, insurance, leave, bonus are there.

Dislikes

Unsatisfactory package, less and unequal chance to grow. Lots of work pressure is there. Late night work very frequently. Lack of corporate culture and work environment still needs to be improved. Unfare appraisal.

Good company Now at bank. Team work job is done. Safe job & insurance coverage facility is available in ujjivan.

...ange. At least minimum 2 desktop only in the branch. Small branch without a/c. Salary is very low. Company redy to business change at last Time to noticed.

If you are knowing person of skip lavel manager then only you r the good staff and in hr team decide and sent me the worning mail with out proper judge if you are not knowing person hr not want to lessen your point. Perciality 100% working on it
