Company is good but This kind of role it means Customer Relationship Office is very worst part from company side, because they are give a so many works ,give a Different products and pressures ,but CROs Salary only 14k to 15k actually company MD also calling CRO is Ujjivan pillars but overall they are not respected to CROs. Me also completed 3 years as a CRO but still company is good. Thank you,

At present there is too much working pressure, no personal life, not give time to family, salary too low basis of work, no work satisfaction at all

... environment anf culture. Teammates are also good and management is transparent. Company policies are good and they give average salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is 18 months period is compulsory attend for achieve any promotion.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
