I was given my salary on time even though I have been at home during lockdown. We are fully supported by the bank. For our safeties we have been providing by gloves masks, senitizer on time and also we are given the immune booster medicine. There are all community people but all have been working as a family and as a bank. I proudly say that I am a part of this bank. The main thing is that this bank not only has changed the life of women customers but also for the female staff. That there can be be place where women can work happily and

Dislikes

Totally I have no idea what is there to dislike about. As its a dream come true job for me Just a single thing timings are not suitable for a women employee.

...gine so caring and ts like a dream come true job for a female candidate like me. But salary is not as good according to the job or work. The environment does not allow us to think about another place, just for salary one who is needy has to think.

Dislikes

When I joined it was an amazing place to work with, now day to day the environment of work place is beig changed like other PS banks, targets targets. When there was no pressure the targets were achieved by any tension, but now there is a big change in everything. Also the incentive plans are to be made for every staff, like branch staff. If not necessarily but exceptionally, like if any sales staff is in field the branch staff must be authorised for sales incentives, by approvals.

Salary on 25th. Employment engagement is very good.

Dislikes

Work on holiday sales team & branch team 2nd & 4th saturday. No comp off. Comp off is credited in your leave balance but supervisor above BM role is not provided. 10 days mandatory leave provide by supervisor above if providing then only 5 to 6days. Work & life balance is very disappointed.

Growing bank.Getting Salary and incentives on time .Good Health insurance and other employee benefit are provided by bank.

Family and work life balance are difficult to manage as we have to work 2nd and 4th Saturday also .

Salary for new joining (CRO FIO ) salary is low In the Promotion level higher supervisor will groupism. in this case we can't get new opportunity in ijp level. Only one person take interview Before HR. Department head and vigilance also taken interviews Company culture is good but not follow the supervisors
