It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. Never join as sales in this bank , join as operations or cashier u will have a good work life..

Nothing except salary there is nothing to like You will get good salary also with extra toxic branch manager who has zero knowledge about sales

Job security is not gud They will fire employee whenever they want For freshers and experienced one who are not from sales background ujjivan is not for you my child. Go find better opportunity than this. I felt very happy on my last working day not wondering about future due to I was stuck in toxin work culture

Full partiality going on outbound team and also IJP who are in local that time manager will help you to get a IJP and if you are out side than they did not give good rating if not get good rating than you did not get any increment if what ever do hard work also so if you think to join corp Office PBO dont join outbound

They make us work for more than fifteen hours a day. Don't pay anything for overtime. Gets work done even on holidays. Leave is not given when asked for and most of our leave goes waste every year. Ultimately, after more than a decade, I left the job. The management here is very bad.

1. We can't control our vendors and they are not lestening to us 2. Salary is very low as compare to Market 3. There no coordination between department to department 4. There is no proper tracking
