This place is a trap. Kindly dont waste your time here. You may settle in this company forever. but your CV will carry no value when you want to switch. You can never reach a 20lpa salary outside with a CV from this firm.

...following the given instructions and working from home due to COVID 19 effect ..Ujjivan guide all employees for how to take care of ourself and said stay home stay safe also given early salary to all employees ..its really good organization

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 16-20 hours straight in a day as i have attend client calls in the evening and sometimes

It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. Never join as sales in this bank , join as operations or cashier u will have a good work life..
